STEM Discovery Week 2018 is a joint initiative of Scientix, the Community for Science in Europe, which invites projects, organisations and schools across Europe and around the world, to celebrate careers and studies in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
Over 800 activities in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education in 40 countries were organised as part of this year’s STEM Discovery Week campaign, reaching over 120,000 teachers, pupils, and other people interested in STEM Education.

The 30 Scientix SDW2018 winning projects will take part in the 23rd Science Projects Workshop in the Future Classroom Lab (SPW@FCL) which will take place the weekend of the 22nd to the 24th of June 2018. This event is organized by Scientix in collaboration with the STEM Alliance and will take place at European Schoolnet in Brussels, the network of 34 Ministries of Education of Europe.
